Description

It is the intent of the Government to lease property using sole source procurement. The property identified in this solicitation provides the Government with an exclusive opportunity to lease an enhanced property to be utilized for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic(CBOC)? College Station, TX. This opportunity provides a termination of the current lease with the current lessor, at no cost to the government, in substitute of a more adequate property in a unique location adjacent to the currently leased CBOC property. This lease is being established under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (C)(1), FAR Part 6.302-1. The authority applies when supplies or services required by the agency are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.
