Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F7611X41260300 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This is a commercial acquisition and it is a 100% Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 562112 with a size standard of $10.5M. All potential sources must obtain a duns number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business w/ the government. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE code). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award or possible award to the next otherwise successful offer that is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Invoicing and payments must be made utilizing the Wide Area Workflow-Receipt and Acceptance program www.https://wawf.eb.mil./. Questions should be submitted in writing via above fax number or emailed to norman.jordan@mcguire.af.mil. Questions shall be compiled and responses will be provided via FEDBIZOPPS. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing consisting of a Base Year (17 Nov 04- 30 Sep 05) and two Option Years (1 Oct 05- 30 Sep 06) and (1 Oct 06-30 Sep 07). This requirement is subject to avaibility of funds. No telephonic responses will be processed. Please submit signed and dated offer on company letterhead to 305 CONS/LGCA, 2402 Vandenberg Ave McGuire AFB, NJ 08641 at or before 1630 (4:30 p.m.) EST, 15 November 2004. This requirement is for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to recycle and clean 2 Each Model 81 Agitators, 2 Each Model 250 parts washer with brush and 1 Each Model 55 Aqueous wheel cleaner to include removal of waste combustible liquid, N.O.S (pertroleum Naphtha) NA1993 PCIII (ERG #128) 6.7 lbs/gal (do39,D040) used cleaning compounds N.O.I.B.N Liquid (Not USDOT or USEPA Regulated) Aqueous Parts washer solution (8.3 # Gal). The services shall include regular exchange of cleaning solvents and cleaning of customer-owned parts to include: (1) Exchange of dirty solvent for clean solvent on prescribed interval; (2) Labor, handling, and transportation of solvent to and from user site to contractors facility; (3) Filling out of appropriate EPA manifest; (4) Cleaning of customer owned parts cleaning equipment including removal of sludge and residue therein; (5) Service interval are as follows: Service will be provided approximately quarterly.
