Description

This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? to award a sole source contract to firstLOGIC, Inc., for an ESP commercial software maintenance subscription. The GSA IT Acquisition Services center plans to negotiate with firstLOGIC, Inc. on behalf of the General Services Administration Federal Technology Service Chief Information Office for proprietary commercial software maintenance subscription for the support of firstLOGIC products . This sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is for one year.
