Description

The U.S. General Services Administration?s Federal Technology Service in Region 4 intends to issue a sole source, HUBZone, commercial-services purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5) with Competitive Innovations, LLC, of Culpepper, VA. The proposed acquisition is for services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. This action will be for the development and support of an integrated Program Management Database and will include technical enhancements as well as upgrades to previously developed software. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement via email to Mr. Eddie Mills at eddie.mills@gsa.gov. Responses must be received by 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday November 17, 2004. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511.
