Description

The National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for contractual support of the Physical Oceanographic Real-Time System (PORTS?) in Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island. Contractor shall operate, maintain, and repair three bottom mounted diver serviceable current measurement systems; perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of five water level measurement systems; operate, maintain and repair five meteorological systems; operate maintain and repair four conductivity/temperature sensors. All instruments and additional required components of the current measurement systems, as well as all necessary spare components and specialized test equipment required to assure reliable operations of the entire PORTS? shall be provided by NOS. Period of performance is 1 year with four option years. The NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $6.0 million. Standard Classification code is J099. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer to the RFP which shall be considered by the agency. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1966, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a federal contract.
