- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 9 Contracting Office, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is soliciting on behalf of the VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY for Contractor to provide Janitorial Services for the New Alabany, IN Outpatient Clinic. Services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. The resulting contract will be for one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options to renew. Solicitation will be issued on 11/18/04 with offers due o/a 12/03/04 4:00PM CST. The solicitation may be downloaded at www.bos.oamm.va.gov using the solicitation number. Solicitation may be requested via fax or email. No telephone calls are accepted. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
