Description: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), hereby announces the completion of its A-76 Streamlined Competition of Administrative Services Support functions for the FMCSA Headquarters, announced June 30, 2004. The competition involving 15.2 FTEs and 4 contractors was conducted in accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular A-76 (Revised), May 29, 2003 and Public Law 108-199. The Performance Decision is that work will remain in-house and performed by a new Most Efficient Organization (MEO) made up of 16 FMCSA employees.
