Description

The US Forest Service has a requirement for Tracfiic Control Support during prescribed burns on the Francis Marion National Forest in South Carolina. Work area is defined as The Frances marion National Forest and areas within 15 miles of the Frances Marion National Forest Work includes manning road check points during presribed burns and wildfires. Contractor will assit Forest Servcie Personnel with Traffic Control when smoke from prescribed burns and/or wildfires have the potentila to inpact the paved roads and highways in the area. A preproposal site visit will be held on 10 Dec 2004 at 10:30 am at the Witherbee Ranger District, 2421 Witherbee Road, Cordesville, South Carolina, 29434. Solicitatin will be available on this website or about 30 Nov 2004. The size standard is $6.0 Million.
