PRON: AX5F0018AXAX, NSN: 1560-01-488-4322, PN: 70217-01002-066, Quantity: 33 each, with one 100% option, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The Required delivery is 33 each, 209 DACA. This item is restricted to Sikorsky, because Manufacture of this part requires use of master or coordinated tooling. Only one set of tooling exists and cannot be made available to another source of manufacture of this part. Adequate technical data is not available f or this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek sour ce approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, wh ich shall be considered by the Agency. This Acquisition contains Data which is considered critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside The United States. This information cannot be released outside The United States without prior appr oval of The Government. This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This In formation cannot be released outside The United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not cl ose prior to the date stated above.
