- Changes to the following Solicitation W9133L-04-NDASS as follows: Program Management: Remove master degree, change 10 years experience to at least 10 years experience. Place of Performance: Change from work will be primarily performed at the governments facility to work will be primarily at the contractors facility. Evaluation Criteria: Add the following- FACTOR II: PAST PERFORMANCE - EVALUATION FOR THIS FACTOR WILL BE BASED ON RESULTS FROM CUSTOMER SURVEYS ON THE SAME OR SIMILAR PROJECTS. THE FOLLOWING SUBFACTORS ARE IN DESCENDING ORDER OF IMPORTANCE. Subfactor I: PREVIOUS AIR FORCE/ANG EXPERIENCE Subfactor II: PREVIOUS DOD EXPERIENCE Subfactor III: PREVIOUS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE Subfactor IV: PREVIOUS STAE/LOCAL/OTHER EXPERIENCE NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-NOV-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
