- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Miami, Florida The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease, using other than full and open competition to The Trustees of L&B Biscayne Tower Group Trust, of Dallas, Texas. The lease will be for 29,213 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a term of three years. The government has a continuing need for this space. It has been determined that a succeeding lease will result in less cost to the federal government when the economics of moving, telecommunications, security, and duplication of tenant improvements are taken into consideration as an economic factor. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the government's intent to award this project under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Joseph R. Crenshaw, Contracting Officer, at joseph.crenshaw@gsa.gov or to his attention at GSA, Realty Services Division (4PEY), Timberlake Federal Annex, Room 600, 501 East Polk Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602.
