Description

The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 342 RCS, Ft Snelling, MN (WI Sites). The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by Wisconsin PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for 342 RCS, Ft Snelling, MN (WI Sites). Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, commercial business lines, voicemail, directory number and number portability, 9-1-1 service, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAIC 517 with size standard of 1500 employees. This solicitation may be viewed and downloaded from the FEDBIZOPS website address: www.eps.gov. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-DEC-2004).
