Description

DESCRIPTION: The National Institute of Standards and Technology has a requirement for a service agreement for a FEI electron microscope. Details will be provided in the solicitation. The period of performance will be for a base year and one (3) option years. FAR Part 13.5 “Test Program for Certain Commercial Items” will apply to this requirement. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about December 1, 2004 at www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation, all amendments and any questions and answers to the solicitation will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS and are totally the responsibility of the Offeror. No mailing lists will be kept and no hard copy of the RFQ will be available. All small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Numbered note 1. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-NOV-2004).
