Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. This request for quote is a set aside for Small business with Indian Preference. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Provide per unit price and total unit price. Include estimate of average shipping costs in price per unit. 2. Provide Native American Certification. PURPOSE The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of the Chief Information Office (OCIO) has a need for security for the processing, monitoring and tracking of visitors for a Government building located in Herndon, VA. DESCRIPTION 1. PP40-1 Single License. 2. A-PC Photo Capture License. 3. Thermal Printer. 4. ID Scanner. 5. CR-90 PVC colored stock (red-box of 1,000). 6. CR-90 PVC colored stock (green-box of 1,000). 7. CR-90 PVC colored stock (yellow-box of 1,000). 8. CR-90 PVC colored stock (white-box of 1,000). 9. 06061-Back part removable adhesive 2in x 3in Red Bars (1,000 per Box). 10. 06151 Front Part Thermal Paper (1 day, 1,000 per box). 11. SSP-1 Year software support plan. DELIVERY TIME Delivery is required to be made within 5 calendar days after receipt of the order, unless a longer period of time is stated on the individual purchase order.
