- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items (Description): 0001) 1: Portable digital jamming system. Range of 400 meters. Frequency range: channel 1 20-500MHz, channel 2 tri-band GSM 900,1800,1950 MHz. Output power: channel 1 100watts min into antenna 100w ERP, channel 2 15 watts into antenna 30w ERP. Antenna gain: channel 1 0dB average over bands; channel 2 3dB over GSM bands. Modulation: high speed proprietary sweep providing band or spot coverage. Control panel: Lcd alphanumeric display and waterproof keypad. Power requirement: 11-15v @ 35 amps continuous, 75A peak. Protection: overheating and VSWR protection provided. Remote control: By umbilical cable (6m). Dimensions: Mainframe 480x335x220mm, control panel 120x100x45mm. 0002) Shipping for door-to-door delivery. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA5270-05-Q-S015. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-16 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Unit 35123 Bldg. 100, Tori Station, Okinawa, Japan 96376.The following provisions and clause apply to this acquisition: FAR 52-211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
