- Description
- The U. S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command-Atlantic (flp) intends to procure Sole Source. The intended purchase is a propriety product of the Adaptive Digital Systems, Inc. The required delivery date (RDD) of this procurement is January 24, 2005. The delivery address will be to Supervisor, Electronic System Detachment Buxton, Old Lighthouse Road, Buxton, NC 27920. Item description: Multi-Channel Portable Digital Recorder (MPDR). The MPDR was developed which feature driven portable recorder for analog and digital archiving. The MPDR is a Windows NT base system capable of recording 1-8 channels of audio and telephone input. The built-in speaker and stereo output audio jacks allow the monitoring of archived data. An 8.4 color touch screen/LCD provides an easy-to-use interface to system controls. System includes a CD/DVD-rewriter as well as CD/DVD-WR or dual 5-1.4 “ 5.2 GB MO drives which stores 36 channel/hours per media (9.1 GB MO AND DVD drives are also available). Built for ruggedness, reliability, and user-friendly operation, the MPDR provides easy access to all external I/O and system control, and all circuitry in housed inside a solid machined aluminum enclosure. The small footprint allows for easy transportability into the field or desktop use. Key features: An 8.3 inch color touch screen, two 5-1/4 inch drive bays, (DVD-RAM/ROM, one DVD/CD-RW for making copies of segments, one 8 channel analog card, built-in speakers, USB port, network port, and small size for MPDR-8 (W=10 in: D=9.5 in: H=7.5 in).
