Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13 and DFARS Change Notice 20030430 Edition. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. DFAR 252.204-7004. NAIC Code: 511199. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to ALLIANCE FOR INNOVATION IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION (AISTI) SANTA FE, NM 87501. AISTI IS THE ONLY METHOD BY WHICH THE AFRL CAN ACCESS LANL. This RFQ has the following line item(s): Item 0001 SEARCH PLUS W/SCISEARCH AT LANL. Item 0002 SCIENCE SERVER AT LANL Item 0003 SEARCH PLUS W/INSPEC AT LANL FOR KIRTLAND, EDWARDS, + MAUI SITE. Item 0004 SEARCH PLUS W/EI COMPENDEX AT LANL FOR KIRTLAND, EDWARDS,+ MAUI SITE Period of performance: 1 January 2005 through 31 December 2005.
