Description

Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting for blast lead in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF. Lead must meet specifications of QQ-L-171. Delivery of this material is required partial by 07 January 2005 and balance 21 Jan 2005, total quantity required 200 tons.Delivery location is Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF @ Bremerton, WA 98314. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set aside basis, using Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. The North Amercian Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423520 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the NECO website @ www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.carkeek@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. Only vendors registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will be considered for contract award. See www.ccr2000.com for more information on registering. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
