Description

The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price for Mandril software/licensing, maintenance, and training. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F43TFS43570100 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 with a business standard size of $6M. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirements are CLIN 1: Software; Mandril, Single Link, (Link 16 and IJMS only), Message Analysis and Data Reduction for the Integration of Links. License includes CD Media, hard copy of the Users Guide and Release Notes, and the first Year Maintenance and Support. Maintenance shall include product updates, STANAG and ICD updates, all problem investigations and fault clearances and maintenance of the support Web Site. Qty: 2 each. CLIN 2: Maintenance and Support, for two (2) additional years as options. Maintenance is renewable annually from the date of delivery of the software. Qty: 2 Years. CLIN 3: Training, On-Site, which includes a complete user?s guide to all the features of the software, based on formal presentation, demonstration and hands-on sessions. Training costs shall include all travel, perdiem, and lodging for one training class to be held at Eglin AFB, FL. Required delivery date for all items 10 January 2005, FOB Destination.
