The US Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to establish a firm fixed priced contract with estimated quantity ranges for two year requirements in support of the TADS/PNVS with deliveries to Orlando, FL 32819-0000 for the following NSN(s), P/N(s) and Nouns: 1) PRON: AX4C9181AX, NSN: 1270-01-521-2378, PN: 13077960-009, Estimated Quantity 12, Noun: Display & Control; 2) PRON: AX4C9182AX, NSN: 7025-01-518-6808, PN: 13077983, Estimated Quantity 14, Noun: Display Unit and 3) PRON: AX 4C9189AX, NSN: 6650-01-259-9234, PN: 13080050, Estimated Quantity 41, NOUN: Focusing Assembly. NSNs 1270-01-521-2378 and 7025-01-518-6808 are restricted to Lockheed Martin Corp., Cage Code 04939, because the Government does not have adequate data, lack s rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. NSN 6650-01-259-9234 is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corp, Cage 04939 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to mainta in the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source App roval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; h owever, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
