Agilent Technologies France (FAET1) P/N 8485A; Thales Systemes Aeroportes (F0052) P/N 91573452; Thales (F6481) P/N 91573452; Koninklyke Landmacht DM (H0G29) P/N DA7227; Hewlett-Packard LTD (K3464) P/N 8485A; Agilent Technologies Inc. (1LQK8) P/N 8485A. A 12-month Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with three 12-month option periods is anticipated. Pricing is sought for the following Quantity Price Break Ranges: 15 each ? 49 each, 50 each ? 99 each, 100 each ? 199 each, 200 each ? 299 each, 300 each ? 399 each, 400 each ? 480 each. Requested delivery is 30 each in 90 days, any balance to be delivered at the rate of 30 each every 30 days thereafter until completed. F.O.B. Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All shipping destinations to be CONUS DLA stock locations. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. See Note # 26. The only approved manufacturers are Agilent Technologies France (FAET1); Thales Systemes (F0052); Thales (F6481); Koninklyke Landmacht (H0G29); Hewlett-Packard Ltd (K3464) and Agilent Technologies (1LQK8). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
