- Solicitation SP0750-05-R-3393 is an unrestricted acquisition for NSN 2520-01-134-6534. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Item description: SUPPORT, ASSEMBLY. Unit of issue is EACH. Requested delivery is 90 days ADO. Destinations(s): various stock locations within CONUS. Approved source(s): Allison Transmission General Motors (73342) P/N 23015872. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available. NSN requires FOB Destination. NSN requires inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quotations must be submitted in written form. Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after 24-January-2005. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ) equals 120 EA. Estimated Total Demand Quantity equals 600 EA. Incremental quantities are as follows: 1 EA ? 15 EA; 16 EA ? 60 EA; 61 EA ? 90 EA; AND 91 EA ? 120 EA.
