PRON: AX579453AX, NSN: 1615-01-240-1569, PN: 70103-08005-104, Quantity: 127 each, applicable to UH-60, F.O.B. destination with deliveries of 60 each to New Cumberland, PA., and 67 each Stockton, CA. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited t o those Small Businesses, which are approved. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 127 each, 390 Days After Contract Award(DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 222 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 127 each, 23 4 Days DACA. Sikorsky will not be solicited. This item is restricted to, the approved small businesses, Mcmellon Bros Inc.(05141), Alro Machine(1K556), and TEK Precision Co. LTD.(65780), because this part requires engineering source approval by the desi gn control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify t hemselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. Al l responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. This Acquisition contains Data which is considered critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside The United States. This information cannot be released outside The United States without prior approval of the Government. This Acquisition contains Technology Data whose export is restricted by The Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration ACT (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside The United States without prior approval of The Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for sol icitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
