Description: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to enter into a Sole Source agreement, utilizing the Simplified Acquisition method described in FAR 13.303, with Weidner Consulting, Inc. The intended contractor shall provide continued services in support of Strategic Business Planning Services and Consultation on use of performance measure data. The contractor has completed a pilot effort aimed to integrate their Managing for Results strategic planning methodology into the PBGC corporate structure. The methodology is proprietary. This is a notice for intent to award a sole source agreement and is NOT a request for proposals.
