Description: The Defense Media Center ? T-ASA Contracting Office, in support of the American Forces Network ? Broadcast Center, intends to contract for an upgrade to an existing Tribune Media Services system, used to generate program listings both on screen and on the web. The award shall include upgrades to the existing Web guide service that includes direct URL link for web access; and finally, listings data delivered nightly to 2 playback units via fixed IP for one year. This is a sole source requirement; therefore, substitutions will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423430. The Contractor must be Central Contract Registered (CCR), NO EXCEPTIONS.
