Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to lease up to 70,000 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (BRSF) of contiguous office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government may require an option for an additional 10,000 RSF of contiguous space. In addition, the agency requires approximately 250 parking spaces within 500 walkable linear feet to the main entry of the building. It is preferred that the entire space should be located on no more than four (4) floors. DELINEATED AREA: The area within a fifteen-mile driving distance to the Gloucester, MA Post Office. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for Tenant Improvements by Summer 2006. LEASE TERM: Up to 15 years firm OWNERS AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS: EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST should include the following information concerning their properties and be submitted to the address below within ten (10) business days from the date of this advertisement: 1.
