- The VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 intends to solicit Colonoscopy Services for Sam Rayburn Memorial Center, Bonham, Texas. The period of performance is for a base year with one 12-month option year. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 621111. The Government will not distribute a hard copy solicitation or amendment documents.
