- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Item. Effective January 1, 2005 all offerors are required to submit representations and certifications electronically v ia the Business Partner Network (BPN), at http://www.bpn.gov. Award will not be made unless registered.The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532120 size stand ard is $18.5 RFQs should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001; Quantity 8: Unit of issue: Each, Item: Lease of Pick up Trucks, ? Ton, 4 x 4, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Air Conditioning, Extended Cab, 7.3L Diesel Engine, w/brush guards for 6 months with possible early termination of lease. All responsible offers within the competitive range will be considered. Offer due date/time is: 18 Jan 2005 at 1200 MST. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at: www.ccr.gov FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Item.
