- Description
- The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to contract with American Eagle Midwest Communities, on a sole source basis, to provide an estimated 120 unfurnished two and three-bedroom housing units for government personnel. American Eagle Midwest Communities is the contractor for the Fort Leonard Wood Family Housing privatization and the housing units are located at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC S) code is 531110 with a size standard of $5.0 mil. Performance period is from 1 Mar 2005 - 28 Feb 2006. Any resultant contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract. Any firms believing that they can provide these or equal accommodations may submit a w ritten response with information about their accommodations to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The response must clearly show that their accommodations are adequate and available for this requirement without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the quality of life without causing hardship to the program. If no responses are received within the 5 day period, the ACA, Fort Leonard Wood, will proceed with negotiations w ith American Eagle Midwest Communities by 20 January 2005.
