Description

This posting constitutes the US Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to the National Research Center For College & University Admissions (NRCCUA), 3651 NE Ralph Powell Rd., Lees Summit, MO 64064-2357, for a student name search in order to provide USMA with names of college bound high school students who meet certain criteria and have expressed certain interests. The NRCCUA will conduct a nationwide search of students in 9th, 10th and 11th grades that m eet USMA selected search criteria. This search service has proved to be the most effective search for USMA for admitted cadets. The award will also include the electronic delivery of the results via a secured method. Award amount is estimated to be $77, 615. The applicable NAICS is 541720 with a size standard of $6,000,000. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort, in writi ng, to the designated representative. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 3 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Gov ernment, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). There will be no solicitation available.
