Description

The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for tree removal services for the Pinewood Properties Watershed Recovery Project in Riverside County, CA. This project will be a performance-based service contract. The project also includes, Pollution Control, Mobilization and Traffic Control and special Fire Prevention Requirements within the same designated work area limits. All work must be accomplished in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, Terms and Conditions contained in this Contract. The total acreage of the area to be treated is approximately 130 acres. (These items are all lump sum). This work is to be completed within 60 days after Notice to Proceed. Contractors are required to have a valid license as a Class A Licensed Timber Operator. Numbered Note 1 applies. The small businsess size standard is 500 employees. Site visit to be held at 1/19/2005, 10:30 am at 950 N Ramona Blvd, Ste 6, San Jacinto, Ca.
