Description

Project consists of constructing a foundation for and erecting a wood framed education shelter with lighting and power, construction of an approximately 1260 square yard gravel parking/turning area, constructing approximately 750 feet of gravel walking trail, paving pads, erecting a signage kiosk, and miscellaneous site work. The following items will be government furnished property (GFP): Gravel, timber rails, sign posts, plastic parking delineators, a pre-engineered shelter kit, aggregates, and kiosk lumber. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236210, Industrial Building Construction, with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available free of charge approximately 02/07/2005 with bid opening occurring on or about 02/23/2005.
