- Description
- Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for the services of three (3) Certified Athletics Trainers at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA and its Branch Medical Clinics. Award will be made on a firm-fixed price contract. Services are required for a base period of 05 July 2005 through 30 September 2005 with maximum quantities to cover additional years/services not to exceed a total of five years. Offerors shall be required to provide documentation/information that they meet all qualifications to perform the required services. This is a small business set-aside under SIC 8062/NAICS 622110. The solicitation will be available on the NMLC home page at http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil/acquisitions/rfp.asp on 26 January 2004. The Navy is committed to a paperless acquisition process. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. Only written requests for the solicitation shall be honored.
