Description

The VA VISN 20 intends to award a sole source contract to FACT & COMPARISONS, 111 West Port Plaza, Suite 300, St Louis, Missouri 63146, to provide unrestricted, on-campus access to the Core Content, resident on the URL, for access within Licensee's institutional facilities on desktop or laptop computers that may communicate with the URL, by means of either a secure username and password or recognition of an IP address or range of IP addresses associated with one or more web or proxy servers that provide access to the internet for such companies. The resulting Contract will be for a base year plus 4 Option Years. All services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Services shall be provided for the VISN 21 facilities, as listed below in the solicitation: This is not a request for proposal.
