Description

In support of the Rapid Fielding Initiative, the Army has plans to outfit soldiers with the state-of-the-art equipment. Included in this initiative is an improved Modular Sleeping System. It is anticipated that multiple contracts will be awarded to achieve the delivery of 30,000 modular sleeping systems per month over the next 3 years. We are currently seeking industry comments on the statement of work, to include, but not limited to: what clarifications would be needed prior to submitting a propos al, or additional information needed on specifications. The statement of work can be viewed at the following website: http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm This synopsis is for industry comments only and we are not accepting proposals at this time.
