Description

Sources Sought. ROICC Gulf Coast is currently seeking potential sources for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services for ROICC Gulf Coast Area of Responsibility including Naval Station Pascagoula MS, Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport MS, and various Naval facilities at Stennis Space Center MS. The scope of work includes all labor, supervision, management, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide Refuse Collection and Disposal. This is a combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity performance-Based Contract. This procurement will be handled under Source Selection Procedures. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be for a period of one year with options for up to four (4) additional option years. The total duration, including the exercise/award of any options, shall not exceed five (5) years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562111, and the size standard is $10,500,000.00. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation is available at this time. A market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources from any 8(a) or HUBZone small business firms. All interested parties are invited to respond by registering at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil to download the market survey file. The due date for responses is 28 Feb 2005.
