- The purpose of this amendment is to address potential offerors questions. Question 1: Number 9 of the specifications is revised as follows: 9. The weight limit is a combined weight for both the camera and pan-tilt unit. The ideal weight is in the range of 75-100 pounds. All proposals will be evaluated.
