Description
The purpose of this request for information is to identify small companies with the resources and capabilities to support this requirement. This Sources Sought/Market Research shall not be construed as a request for proposal. On behalf of the U. S. Army Research Institute (ARI), the Defense Contracting Command-Washington is seeking potential small business contractors, who can provide graphic and visual aids support for the ARI marketing and publications efforts. The North Am erican Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541430 with a Size Standard of $6,000,000.00. The contractor shall provide regular scheduled programmatic documents (i.e. quarterly newsletter, external work program/brochure), special events/exhibits  desig n and posters, inserts/programs (i.e. display inserts, association programs) Web products design for posting (converting publications and reports for web). The successful offeror will be required to be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with in a 30 mile radius of the ARI office in Arlington, VA. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) one-year options. All responsible sources are invited, at no cost to the Government, to provide techn ical information for a capability evaluation. Individual responses to this request for information that may contain company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Government. The Government m ay revise its acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements based upon industry response. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restricted rights).
