All prior announcements are modified to include the following: Scranton Flood Protection Project, Plot & Green Ridge Sections - Contract II in Lackawanna County, Scranton, PA is being advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This request for pro posal requires separate technical and cost proposals to be evaluated based on Best Value for award of the project. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
