- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and with an intent to award on a sole source basis. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; No written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number SCM-05-0007 is issued as a request for quotation (RDQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235310, size 5.0. The Contractor shall provide CLIN 0001: emergency repair & scheduled maintenance of the per-enrolled access lane ?pal? period of 01 Oct 2004 through 30 Sep 2005. The following FAR and DFAR clauses and provisions are applicable and will be incorporated into the solicitation by reference, and will be available in full text upon request. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-26.
