Description

Intent to Negotiate Sole Source RFQ 261-0075-05 DUE 3/15/2005 The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract with VALGARB Inc., doing business as Vallejo Garbage Service (VGS) to furnish all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and services to provide collections, removal, and disposal services for solid waste (non-hazardous materials) and recyclable materials in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications specified in the contract for the Mare Island Clinic VA Medical Center. The contract period of performance will be for the Base Year period plus four one-year options. The VA is required to contract with VGS as they have the local Franchise rights for this function. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; NO solicitation package is available. No telephone or e-mail inquiries will be accepted. The NAICS code is 562111, Solid Waste Contractors.
