Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (under FAR Part 13.5) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This Notice constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested via this Notice. A separate, written solicitation will not be issued. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is purchasing competitively ?specific make and model? 78 (each) Cybernetic AIT Hot Swappable (Internal) Tape Drives Part No. CY-8103-00-HP (OEM is Contemporary Cybernetics Group Inc) for use with new Hewlett Packard servers with delivery FOB Destination within 30 calendar days of award of the purchase order. Delivery is to Server Operations, Loading Dock 809C, Inside Delivery, 835 Brightseat Road, Landover, MD 20785. This is a small business set-aside under the stated NAICS Code. This is a firm fixed price contract. Offers shall be transmitted to the contract specialist by 4:00 pm, EST on the due date. E-mail submissions are acceptable up to the date and time specified. This is a request for proposal, and the clauses and provisions cited are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26, dated January 19, 2005.
