Flywheel Assembly, Automatic Transmission, used on GMC 6.2 liter series diesel engines, being bought in accordance with AM General (34623) P/N 5740037, Landmark (5U403) P/N 10042, GMMV (7X677) P/N 14077157, or Wohlert (79398) P/N GL0-122. Total quantity required is 6265 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The solicitation also has incremental quantity ranges for pricing up to 15,000 each. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 2/23/05. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 180 days. A written quotation is required and is to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA by the date and time specified.
