Description: USDA, Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) intends to renew it's contract with Microsoft Corporation for Microsoft's Premier Software Support Services on a sole source basis, citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Award of these commericial services will be utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures pursuant to FAR 13.5. No solicitation is available. Qualified sources may submit a proposal demonstrating capability and pricing. Proposals must be recieved within 3 business days of the date of this notice. Based on reponses to this notice, a determination not to compete this proposed award is solely within the descretion of the Government.
