Description: The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, Fort Snelling, Minnesota intends to award a sole source contract to Nomad Construction, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This award is for out of scope services for a drum filter and low-head oxygenator as a follow-on contract to a water control system currently under construction by Nomad Construction. This work is integral to the overall water treatment system and will need to be performed in conjunction with the awarded contract which consists of a water treatment building, test borings, site work, site utilities, selective demolition, process and drain piping, HVAC, and electrical work.
