Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis through Leased Housing Developer Company, Parkersburg, WV, installation of a communications conduit system from a new Verizon manhole to communications equipment in the Bureau?s Third Street Building in order to provide additional communication capacity. In accordance with Lease No. GS-03B-0640, the Lessor (Leased Housing Developer Company) is responsible for maintaining and controlling alterations to the building precast system. The alterations involve work that is tied to or physically connected to apparatus under the control of the Lessor. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements, and that it is more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative response has not been received by 2:00 p.m. EST February 15, 2005, a sole-source award will be made to Leased Housing Developer Company.
