Description

The Social Security Administration requires Preventive Maintenance on the 300 KVA static type Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems at SSA?s Metro West Building, 300 North Greene Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21290. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform UPS maintenance services. All routine UPS control services shall be conducted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, unless otherwise authorized by the Project Officer. The period of performance shall be for a one year base period with seven 1-year options. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 238210. The size standard is less than $12 million average annual gross receipts. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
