Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to a) demolish and remove existing 16? wide x 24?-8?wood dock and construct a new 16? wide x 24?-8? long wood pier facility and approximately 4? wide x 16? long pier approach at Naval Station Key West, Monroe County, FL. The new pier deck and handrail construction shall be of synthetic vinyl materials. Dock piling shall be aluminum of the sizes and spacing suggested by the dock contractor; b) construct concrete retaining wall at pier approach; c) install pier lighting and potable water line with shower and hose bib. The performance period is forty-five (45) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237990, with a size standard of $28.5 million.
