Description

This procurement is for a Spec-2B 1000 lbf Bipropellant Engine, quantity: two (2) each. F.O.B. Destination. Required delivery date is sixty (60) days after contract award. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contain ed in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a com mercial item within 15 days of this notice (reference Numbered Note #26). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone request will be accepted.
