Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to award a fixed price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to paint interior of Coast Guard Housing Units located at USCG Group Sault Ste Marie, Michigan. The complex consists of sixty (60) units of varying sizes. Only a portion of the total number of housing units will be painted each year. The NAICS Code is 238320 (SIC Code 1721); size standard $12.0M. This procurement is TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. The estimated range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is based upon the base year and option years in total. This procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ Contract with Four (4) Option Years to be exercised at the government?s discretion. Quotes will be due approximately 30 days from issuance of Request for Quotation. A Bid Bond is not required. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
